This PRIVACY POLICY ("policy") will help you understand how GUARDIAN ESTATE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("us", "we", "our") uses and protects the data you provide to us when you visit, use or register yourself to https://guardianestateservices.com or our mobile application ("website", "service", "platform", "app"). The Company acts as a "Data Fiduciary" in relation to the personal data collected and processed through the platform in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any given time, of which you will be promptly updated. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page.

https://guardianestateservices.com recognizes the importance of maintaining your privacy. We value your privacy and appreciate your trust in us. This Policy describes how we treat user information we collect on the website and mobile application. This Privacy Policy applies to current and former visitors to our website and users of our mobile application. By visiting and/or using our website or app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

https://guardianestateservices.com is a property of GUARDIAN ESTATE Private Limited, an Indian Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office at 500034.

NATURE OF PLATFORM

The platform acts as a technology facilitator providing property management, inspection aggregation, analytics, and related services. The Company does not itself provide legal, financial, engineering, valuation, or insurance advisory services and relies on third-party professionals and publicly available data sources. Any outputs generated, including AI-driven insights, reports, or analytics, are indicative in nature and should not be construed as professional advice. Users are responsible for independently verifying all data, insights, and outputs generated by the platform before making decisions based on them. The Company shall not be liable for any reliance on AI-generated insights or third-party data.

1. WHAT USER INFORMATION WE COLLECT

a) Contact information: name, email, sex, date of birth, mobile number, phone number, street, city, state, pin-code, country and IP address, KYC documentation.

b) Demographic information: as provided by you, including via surveys.

c) Other information: IP address, browser, referring site, time on site, pages accessed, exit site, mobile device type, operating system version.

d) Property and Asset Information: ownership details, location data, land records, property type, usage, images, videos, and documents.

e) Inspection & Survey Data: inspection reports, site images, drone footage, geo-tagged data, IoT/CCTV feeds, structural analysis inputs, and related metadata.

f) Financial & Transactional Data: payment details (processed via third-party gateways), subscription data, and transaction history.

g) AI and Analytical Data: image validation outputs, mapping data, predictive analytics, and user behavior insights.

h) Insurance & Claims Data: policy details, claim documentation, surveyor reports, and damage assessments where applicable.

i) Users represent that they have the necessary rights and consents to upload or share property-related data, including data relating to third parties.

j) Mobile application data and device permissions: When you use our mobile app, we additionally process the following:

  1. Authentication tokens stored securely on your device using the operating system's secure keystore (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences) so you remain signed in.
  1. Local app preferences (non-sensitive settings such as language and UI state) stored on your device.
  1. Push notification tokens issued by Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) and Apple Push Notification service (Apple). These tokens are linked to your account on our servers so we can deliver service, transactional, and (where you have not opted out) promotional notifications.
  1. Location data — the app may request foreground location access to enable property mapping, geo-tagged inspections, and nearby-property features. Location is collected only with your express OS-level permission and only while the relevant feature is in use.
  1. Camera, photos and media — the app may request access to your camera and photo library to capture or upload inspection images, property documents, and KYC documents.
  1. Notifications permission — the app requests permission to display push notifications.

You can grant, deny, or revoke any of the above permissions at any time through your device's system settings; revoking a permission will disable the dependent feature but will not delete your account.

The mobile application does not use HTTP browser cookies, third-party advertising SDKs, or behavioural-tracking analytics SDKs.

1.1 Users represent that they have the necessary rights and consents to upload or share property-related data, including data relating to third parties.

Users confirm they have obtained all necessary consents and rights from any third parties before uploading or sharing their data on the platform.

2. WE COLLECT INFORMATION IN DIFFERENT WAYS

a) Directly from you: when you register, post a comment, or contact us by phone or email.

b) Passively (website only): We use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies and web beacons to collect information about your usage of our website. Our mobile application does not use browser cookies or web-beacon trackers.

c) From third parties: for example, integrated social media features that may share your name and email with us.

3. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

a) To contact you and provide our services.

b) To respond to your requests, registrations, and questions.

c) To improve and customize your experience.

d) To analyze site/app trends and customer interests.

e) For security and fraud prevention.

f) For marketing of our or selected partners' offers (you may opt out — see Section 7).

g) To send you communications via email, SMS, and push notifications about updates, transactions, and your account.

h) As otherwise permitted by law.

i) For property intelligence and analytics: valuation estimates, rental yield projections, tax estimates, and market trends.

j) For inspection and monitoring services: facilitating inspections, generating reports, and enabling remote monitoring.

k) For AI processing: image, video, and data validation, mapping, and analytics.

l) For third-party service facilitation: connecting users with surveyors, legal experts, financial institutions, and insurance providers.

3A. CONSENT AND LAWFUL BASIS

We process personal data based on your consent and for legitimate uses as permitted under applicable law. By using the platform, you provide free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent for the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes outlined in this Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, subject to applicable legal and contractual restrictions.

4. SECURITY AND DATA STORAGE

a) Security is very important to us. We maintain strict physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized or inappropriate access. On mobile, authentication credentials are stored in the operating system's hardware-backed secure keystore where available; transport security is enforced via HTTPS/TLS.

b) We follow generally accepted standards to collect, store and protect personal data. We retain personal data for as long as it is needed to provide the services you have requested, and thereafter for legal and service purposes (including legal, contractual, audit obligations and to defend our rights). Inspection data, property records, and analytics may be retained for operational, legal, and audit purposes even after account deactivation, subject to applicable laws.

c) We take reasonable efforts to ensure the confidentiality of personal data and to prevent misuse. However, no system is completely secure and we do not guarantee absolute security.

4A. AI AND AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING: The platform may use AI-based systems to generate insights, validate images, or provide analytics. Such outputs may not be accurate or complete. Users are advised to independently verify all outputs before relying on them for decision-making.

4B. Personal data shall not be retained longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, unless required under applicable law.

5. GEO-SPATIAL AND SURVEILLANCE DATA

The platform may process geo-tagged data, drone imagery, CCTV feeds, and other surveillance inputs in connection with property inspection, monitoring, and mapping services. Users represent and warrant that they have obtained all necessary permissions, consents, and regulatory approvals for capturing, uploading, and sharing such data. The Company shall not be responsible for any unauthorized, unlawful, or non-compliant data collection or sharing undertaken by users or third parties.

6. SHARING OF INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

a)Service providers: vendors, deferred payment options, SMS providers, freelance professionals, marketing agencies, transactional email delivery via Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd.) using our own domain, and our cloud hosting provider Google Cloud Platform / Firebase (Google LLC)

b)Business partners: third-party seller aggregators and partnered financial institutions, who use information per their own privacy policies.

c) Legal compliance: to respond to court orders, subpoenas, government or investigatory body requests, or to investigate fraud.

d) Successors: information may transfer as part of a sale, merger, or restructuring.

e) Professional and Technical Service Providers: inspection agencies, surveyors, engineers, legal professionals, and valuation experts.

f) Technology Integrations: IoT device providers, CCTV integrations, mapping APIs, drone service providers, and AI service vendors.

g) Financial and Insurance Partners: banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and claim processing agencies.

h) Government & Registry Sources: authorized public databases and registry systems for property records and compliance verification, in compliance with applicable law.

i) Payments and Payouts: Inbound customer payments are processed

through third-party payment gateways (including Stripe, Inc. and

Razorpay Software Private Limited) for card, UPI, netbanking, and

subscription processing. Outbound payouts to agents, surveyors,

legal professionals, and other paid partners are processed through

RazorpayX (Razorpay Software Private Limited). The Company does

not store or process full card data, CVV, account numbers, IFSC

codes, or any other sensitive banking credentials in either

direction; such information is transmitted directly to the relevant

payment provider. Only opaque provider reference identifiers, the

account holder's registered name, the bank name, and the validation

status are retained for record-keeping and operational identification.

The Company shall not be liable for failures, delays, or breaches

attributable to such third-party providers.

j) Push notification providers: Push notification tokens and message payloads are processed by Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and Apple (APNs) for delivery to your device.

k) Cross-Border Data Transfers: Personal data may be stored or processed outside India (including in the United States and the European Union, where Google Cloud, Stripe, and Zoho operate data centers; Razorpay primarily processes within India) in accordance with applicable laws and with appropriate safeguards.

m) Routing services: OSRM (project-osrm.org or our private OSRM instance) is used to compute route distances between origin points and properties. Only coordinates relevant to a given calculation are sent; no personally identifying information is transmitted.

 

n) Geocoding fallback: Photon (Komoot GmbH) is used as a fallback geocoding service when our primary providers are unavailable. Search text and approximate coordinates are sent for the purpose of resolving an address.

 

 

7. EMAIL AND NOTIFICATION OPT-OUT

You can opt out of receiving our marketing emails:

To stop receiving our promotional emails, please email info@guardianestateservices.com. It may take about ten days to process your request. Even if you opt out, we will still send transactional messages by email and SMS about your purchases, subscriptions, and account.

You may disable push notifications at any time from your device's system notification settings. Disabling push notifications will not affect transactional emails or SMS, which remain necessary for service delivery.

7A. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

Users may withdraw consent for processing of personal data by writing to the Grievance Officer. Upon withdrawal, certain services may no longer be available.

7B. YOUR RIGHTS

As a Data Principal under applicable law, you have the right to:

  1. Access information about personal data processed by us
  1. Request correction or erasure of your personal data
  1. Withdraw consent at any time
  1. Seek grievance redressal
  1. Nominate another individual to exercise rights in case of incapacity or death

Requests may be made by contacting the Grievance Officer.

7C. DATA SOURCE AND ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

The platform aggregates data from third-party sources, public records, and user inputs. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such data and shall not be liable for any errors or omissions.

7D. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The platform is not intended for individuals below 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. In case such data is identified, it shall be deleted in accordance with applicable law.

7E. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time, whether or not the app is currently installed on your device.

How to request deletion:

  1. In-app: open Settings → Account → Delete my account. This opens our deletion request page where you can complete the request.
  1. Web: visit https://www.guardianestateservices.com/delete-account and follow the instructions, or email support@guardianestateservices.com from the email address registered on your account with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

What we delete: account credentials and Firebase authentication record; profile data (name, email, phone, address, KYC documentation); properties, inspections, photos, videos, and documents you uploaded; push notification tokens; in-app preferences; active sessions and authentication tokens.

What we may retain, and why: to comply with legal, regulatory, and security obligations, we retain limited records after account deletion as described in Section 4 (Security and Data Storage). Categories retained include: (a) payment and transaction records for the retention period required under tax and accounting law; (b) audit logs of significant account actions for fraud prevention and dispute resolution; (c) records required to defend legal claims or respond to lawful requests; (d) aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you. Retained data is restricted to the minimum necessary for the stated purpose and is not used for any other reason.

Active subscriptions: if your account has an auto-renewing subscription at the time of deletion, we will cancel it as part of processing your request. Charges already invoiced for completed billing periods are non-refundable. Pro-rated refunds, if any, are handled per the terms of your plan. You may also stop auto-renewal yourself at any time via Account → Billing in the app.

Verification: to prevent unauthorised deletion, we will confirm that the request is sent from the email address registered on the account or ask you to verify a one-time code sent to your registered email or phone. If we cannot verify that you are the account holder, the request will be denied and we will notify you.

Timeline: we acknowledge requests within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days of acknowledgement, in line with our grievance redressal SLA in Section 8. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.

For questions about deletion or the data we hold, contact the Grievance Officer named in Section 9.

 

8. THIRD PARTY SITES

If you click on one of the links to third party websites, you may be taken to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days in accordance with applicable law.

10. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy was last updated on 04-05-2026. From time to time we may change our privacy practices. We will notify you of any changes as required by law and post an updated copy on our website and in-app.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

  1. Amicable Resolution: Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussions within 30 (thirty) days of written notice.
  1. Arbitration: If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
  1. Seat and Venue: Telangana, India.
  1. Tribunal: Sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties.
  1. Language: English.
  1. Finality: The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
  1. Jurisdiction: Subject to the arbitration clause, courts at Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
