This page lets you request permanent deletion of your Guardian: Property Monitor account and associated personal data. You can submit a request whether or not the app is currently installed on your device.
Account Deletion Request from the email address registered on your account, and include your registered phone number.
What we delete
Once we verify your request, we permanently delete:
- Your account credentials and authentication data (Firebase Auth user)
- Your profile (name, email, phone number, address, KYC documentation)
- Properties, inspection reports, photos, videos, and documents you uploaded
- Push notification tokens linked to your account
- Your in-app preferences and settings
- Active sessions and authentication tokens
What we may retain, and why
To meet legal, regulatory, and security obligations, we retain certain records for the periods required by Indian law and our compliance policies:

Where data is retained, it is restricted to the minimum needed for the stated purpose and is not used for any other reason.
If you have an active subscription
If your account currently has an auto-renewing subscription, we will cancel it as part of processing your deletion request, before the account is removed. Charges already invoiced for completed billing periods are non-refundable; pro-rated refunds for unused time, if applicable, are handled per the terms of your plan.
You can also stop auto-renewal yourself at any time before requesting deletion: open the app → Account → Billing → toggle Auto-renew off for the relevant subscription.
Timeline
- We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
- We complete the deletion within 30 days of acknowledgement.
- You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
Verification
To prevent unauthorised account deletion, we will:
- Confirm your request is sent from the email address registered on the account, OR
- Ask you to verify a one-time code sent to your registered email or phone
If we cannot verify that you are the account holder, your request will be denied and we will notify you.
In-app deletion
You can also initiate this request from inside the app: open Settings → Delete my account. The in-app option opens this page so the same verification and processing flow applies.
